Shipping & Returns

Piper Shipping Policy:

We ship anywhere is the United States. All items shipping via regular shipping will be processed and sent out within 3-7 business days. Shipping rate for up to two items is $7.00. Shipping for three items or more will be $12.00. (When placing a rush order or out of the country orders, please emailcustomerservice@piperlubbock.com for costs and shipping times.) All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed on the next business day. Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email and either refund the difference to your credit card and ship the remainder of your order, or place your merchandise on backorder – whichever you prefer. You will receive an email conformation with tracking information of your package. Please include your email address on order details.


Piper Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will certainly try to work with you. We encourage you to email us should you have any questions at all regarding our styles. We will do our best to post sizing online, but we understand if something does not fit. Should you need to make a return, please email customerservice@piperlubbock.com with your item description, date of purchase and reason for return. Shipping costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the client. Also, we suggest getting tracking for the package as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Should we ship something to you in error, we will assume all costs in order to make it right again.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that the return conditions have been met, we will email you with your store credit information. Store credits must be used within 30 days of issuance. We reserve the right to refuse a store credit on any item that does not meet the above guidelines.
